Henry S. Miller Brokerage's DFW Investments Division Adds Two to the Team

DALLAS, TX - January 25, 2012 - - The Henry S. Miller family of companies is proud to announce the addition of Jon Riggs, Associate and Max Tsai, Vice President to Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Dallas-Fort Worth Investments Division. Jon and Max join the brokerage division as experienced sales executives with unique backgrounds and exclusive perspectives that have resulted in proven results for their variety of clients.

Prior to joining Henry S. Miller, Jon Riggs was a successful executive sales professional advising global business clients through complex strategic solutions. Jon accumulated more than 20 years of experience representing Fortune 500 companies in software sales across a multitude of industries. Jon brings his unique experience to Miller’s Investments Division where he will be specializing in the disposition and acquisition of income-producing properties for buyers and sellers. Jon will provide expert market knowledge to client’s in the northwestern region of the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area: Grapevine, Southlake, Keller, Hurst-Euless-Bedford, Colleyville and immediate surrounding areas. Jon will be a valuable addition to the Miller investment team of brokers who currently represent clients throughout all other areas of the DFW Metroplex. Riggs received his Bachelors of Science in Finance at the University of Texas at Dallas. Jon is an avid tennis player and has been active in the DFW tennis arena for many years. He is also a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors where he supports his efforts to grow within the North Texas commercial real estate industry.

Max Tsai joins Henry S. Miller Brokerage as Vice President in the investments division where he will specialize in the acquisition and disposition of an array of investment properties. Max brings with him extensive commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Henry S. Miller Brokerage, Max, who holds the prestigious CCIM designation, was the General Managing Broker of Agape Commercial Real Estate Group in Plano, Texas. At Agape Max dedicated his brokerage efforts towards retail investment property sales for owners and buyers. He also provided real estate project leasing services and negotiated a number of successful transactions for landlords and tenants. Max will continue to represent retail investment properties while enhancing his portfolio with a variety of other income-producing commercial properties. Max will focus his brokerage efforts throughout the entire Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area representing buyers and sellers. Max’s experience and ability to speak five different languages (English, Chinese Mandarin, Taiwanese, Portuguese and Spanish) will be an advantage when building his client portfolio at Miller.
