Hearthstone Delaware Properties Sales 157,000 sf Levitz Building
DALLAS, TX - August 23, 2010 - - Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s real

recently completed negotiations for the sale of a 157,000 square
foot industrial building in Fort Worth, Texas. The 157,000 square
foot ex-Levitz Furniture building, owned by California-based
Hearthstone Delaware Properties was sold to Conti Warehouses as an
investment property. The building, located at 6913 West Camp Bowie
Boulevard on 9.93 acres, has been listed and marketed by the
Richardson’s for several years. “This was a great opportunity, not
only for the buyer and seller, but also for the City of Fort Worth
and surrounding neighborhood to clean up and revitalize an
impressive industrial asset that has been sitting idle for almost
ten years,” stated Pete Richardson. 6913 W. Camp Bowie Blvd. offers
their new owner a convenient location with great visibility, nine
acres of paved parking lot, 16 exterior loading docks and an 85’
signage tower. In the transaction, the buyer, Conti Warehouses of
