Burger House Opens Their 6th Dallas-Fort Worth Location

DALLAS, TX - August 18, 2010 - - Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Richard Wells, associate in the Dallas-Fort Worth investments division, recently negotiated terms for Burger House’s sixth DFW metroplex location. Earlier this year Richard arranged the lease for Burger House’s fifth location at Rockwall Crossing. The Burger House company is currently operating five DFW restaurant locations and is set to open their sixth location this month at Plano’s Preston Parker Crossing. Burger House will occupy Suite 380, a 4,000 square foot retail space at 3308 Preston Road, which is directly behind the existing Jason’s Deli. Preston Parker Crossing which is a highly visible retail center on the northeast corner of Preston Road and Parker Road offers Burger House a heavily trafficked location in a neighborhood saturated with single-family residences. Burger House shares the shopping center with a New Flower Market, Jason’s Deli, Horchow and much more. This is the second DFW location opened in 2010 for Burger House and the company has plans to expand even more. They are currently looking into other suitable Texas markets. Richard Wells of Henry S.
