LRK Partners, LLC Leases 7,900 sf for New Office

DALLAS, TX - July 28, 2010 --  Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Jim Turano, of the Dallas-Fort Worth office/industrial division, recently negotiated the lease terms for a 7,900 square feet office space at Hall Office Park in Frisco. Jim’s client and tenant, LRK Partners, LLC, leased the Class A office space to house a new company specializing in staffing contract and permanent medical and IT personnel. The newly leased office space is located in Building One of Hall Office Park at 6801 Gaylord Parkway. Representing Hall Office Park, was Tammy Lomonaco of Hall Financial Group; Jim Turano, Executive Vice President of Henry S. Miller Brokerage, represented the tenant, LRK Partners, LLC.
