544 Center, LTD Purchases Carrollton Land for Redevelopment

DALLAS, TX - July 28, 2010 --  Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Dan Spika, Executive Vice President of the Dallas-Fort Worth office/industrial division recently negotiated the sale of 40,216 square feet of land for owner W.P.L.I, LP. The land, located on the SEC of Midway Road and Hebron Parkway (F.M. 544), was a former Chevron Gas & Convenience Station. 544 Center, LTD, a Texas limited partnership purchased the land from W.P.L.I and has plans to redevelop. The property offers the new owner a corner location with great visibility and easy access, impressive traffic counts and commercial zoning. The buyer, 544 Center, LTD, was represented by Shane Jordan of Jordan Realty Advisors.
