Suncoast Infrastructure Opens First Dallas-Fort Worth Location

DALLAS, TX - July 15, 2010 --  Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Dan Spika of the Dallas-Fort Worth office/industrial division recently completed the lease negotiations for a 5,520 square foot industrial facility within Carrollton’s Valwood Industrial Submarket. Suncoast Infrastructure, a premier provider of no-dig sewer rehabilitation services in the Southwest region, enlisted the expertise of Dan Spika to help them find a building for their first Dallas-Fort Worth location. Suncoast leased the 5,520 square foot showroom/warehouse building at 1425 Crescent Drive from Schwing Properties. The property is situated on 1.07 acres and features a spacious showroom, three private offices, ample parking and a great location with easy access.
