Park Cities YMCA Honors Henry S. Miller IV as "Father of the Year"

DALLAS, TX - July 2, 2010 --  Recently the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas celebrated the 100th anniversary of Father’s Day by honoring 22 local Dallas dads with their YMCA Father of the Year award. The award was presented to those dads that significantly impact the lives of their children. Henry S. Miller IV, Vice President of Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Dallas-Fort Worth retail division was honored as the Park Cities YMCA Father of the Year. Each year family members have the opportunity to submit nominations to Dallas YMCAs for those dads they wish to honor with the special award. The “Father of the Year” is then chosen by the YMCA from their local community.

Henry S. Miller, IV, a.k.a, Park Cities Father of the Year, is vice president of Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s retail division. Henry specializes in the leasing, sales and development of retail real estate and has experience in exclusively representing national and regional retailers. Henry has worked on some of Dallas’ most exclusive properties including West Village, Highland Park Village and Preston Royal Shopping Center, and he currently is responsible for leasing over 1 million square feet of retail space. Henry is consistently a Top Producer and has been in the Top Ten for the last two years and has a total transaction volume of over $35 million. Henry is active in a number of real estate organizations, including the International Council of Shopping Centers, The Real Estate Council, National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and the North Texas Association of Realtors.
