Gulfeagle Supply Company Leases 40,000 SF Office/Warehouse

DALLAS, TX - June 28, 2010 --  Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Dan Spika of the Dallas-Fort Worth office/industrial division recently completed lease terms for a two-story, 40,000 square foot office, warehouse facility in Oklahoma City. Gulfeagle Supply Co. leased the 40,000 square foot building from Scott Investment Corp. The facility, which is made up of 35,000 square feet of warehouse and 5,000 square feet of office, sits on three acres at 4265 Royal Avenue in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Dan Spika, SIOR, Executive Vice President with Henry S. Miller Brokerage, LLC and Gerald Gamble, SIOR of Gerald L. Gamble Company negotiated the transaction. Gulfeagle Supply is based out of Tampa FL and is a distributor of residential and commercial roofing and building materials throughout the United States.
