Allied Insulation & Supply Leases 40,000 sf for New Headquarters

DALLAS, TX - May 20, 2010 --  Henry S. Miller associates Pete Richardson and Michael Herzstein of the Dallas-Fort Worth office/industrial division recently secured the lease of a 40,000 square foot office/warehouse space for Allied Insulation & Supply’s new headquarters in Garland, Texas. Allied Insulation will be relocating to the Jupiter Distribution Center at 850 South Jupiter Road this summer. Their new 40,000 square foot space is over 10,000 square feet more than their current space at Market Distribution Center. “Allied Insulation & Supply is nearing the end of their lease term; they were looking to us to help them take full advantage of lower market lease rates while also finding them anda facility that was an upgrade from their existing headquarters. Jupiter Distribution Center was the perfect location for them,” said Michael Herzstein. Jupiter Distribution Center is a one-story, 170,731 square foot industrial building that was built in 1996. It is also home to Petco’s distribution center and offers easy accessibility. Located just south of Forest Lane on Jupiter Road, the center can be easily accessed by several popular Dallas thoroughfares. Allied will operate their insulation services and supply business from their new Garland headquarters.
