SNG Realty Acquires 54,435 sf Site In Burleson for Medical Office Development

DALLAS, TX - May 5, 2010 --  SNG Realty, L.P. with the assistance of Henry S. Miller’s Jim Turano, Executive Vice President in the Dallas-Fort Worth office/industrial division, recently brokered the acquisition for 54,435 square feet of land in Burleson for the development of a medical office building. The land, lots seven (7) and eight (8), are part of a 200,000-plus square foot medical office development located at 300 Old FM 1187. A site plan and architectural plans have been created for the 200,000-plus SF medical development; each building will contain at least 6,000 square feet of office space and will offer ample parking spaces. SNG Realty plans to construct an 8,000 square foot medical office/condo building on their 54,435 square feet of land.  SNG Realty, L.P., represented by Jim Turano of Henry S. Miller Brokerage, LLC, purchased the 54,435 square feet of land from local investors.
