Henry S. Miller Brokerage Arranges Pad Site Sales for Two New Braum's Ice Cream Stores

DALLAS, TX - April 28, 2010 --  Daniel Harris, Vice President of the Dallas-Fort Worth retail division at Henry S. Miller Brokerage, recently arranged the sale of two separate pad-sites to national restaurant chain, Braum’s Ice Cream. The one- (plus/minus) acre pad sites are located in Frisco, Texas and Pryor, Oklahoma. 

The Texas pad site is located at Henry S. Miller’s Teel Crossing Shopping Center in Frisco, Texas. Teel Crossing I & II are located on the northeast and northwest corners of FM 720 (Main Street) and Teel Parkway. Teel Crossing I on the NEC offers 112,000 square feet of retail development including available grocer-anchor space and pad sites. The NWC, Teel Crossing II, with ample frontage along Frisco’s Main Street will be the future home of the new Braum’s Ice Cream Store. The Teel Crossing shopping center is located in one of Frisco’s most popular retail destinations. In an area of Frisco that provides unique demographics, expanding roof-top counts and incomes; Teel Crossing offers retailers a prime location for growth.

The Oklahoma pad site is 1.75 acres and is located at the intersection of Highway 69 and 49th Street within Henry S. Miller’s Pryor Plaza Shopping Center. Pryor Plaza is located on Steve Barry Boulevard adjacent to Pryor city’s Wal-Mart Supercenter. The plaza contains retailers such as, Shoe Dept., Sally Beauty Supply and GameStop. The city of Pryor is located in Mayes County and is home to a large agricultural population. The community continues to grow adding industrial facilities and recreational sites.
