JRDC Partners, LLC Acquires 22,000 sf Office Building; Consolidating Offices in Grand Prairie

DALLAS, TX - April 15, 2010 --  Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s office/industrial brothers Pete and Drew Richardson of the Dallas-Fort Worth division, recently arranged the acquisition of a 22,000 square foot office building in Grand Prairie, Texas. The Richardson’s client and property buyer, JRDC Partners, LLC, was in the market for a Dallas-area building to accommodate the space needed to consolidate their local offices. Two-story, 3340 Roy Orr Boulevard in Grand Prairie offers JRDC 22,000 rentable square feet of office space with 11,000 square feet on each floor. The office building was built in 2000 and is situated on 10.53 acres.  Representing the seller, G.I.T.F, LP, was Carolyn Albert of Steve Johnson Commercial Realty.
