Technology Resource Center of America Acquires 88,000 sf Industrial Bulding for New Headquarters

DALLAS, TX - March 11, 2010 --  With the brokerage assistance of Dan Spika, Executive Vice President at Henry S. Miller Brokerage, TRCA (Technology Resource Center of America, LLC) recently completed the acquisition of an 88,000 square foot industrial building in Denton, Texas. The office/warehouse facility located at 2600 East University Drive in Denton will become the new home of TRCA’s corporate headquarters. Founded in 1991, Technology Resource Center is one of the largest voice and data companies in United States. TRCA provides the Dallas-Fort Worth area systems, engineering, technical and managed services. The 88,000 square foot building sits on 16 acres and will accommodate TRCA’s size requirements. The seller, Baker Distributing dba Weatherol Supply company was represented by Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Brokerage; the sole broker in the transaction.
