Shelbo Development Acquired 10 acres and 42,000 sf Industrial Facility in Garland

DALLAS, TX - February 8, 2010 --  Dan Spika, Executive Vice President of Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s office/industrial division, completed the negotiations for the acquisition of a ten acre site with a 42,000 square foot industrial facility in Garland. Client and buyer, Shelbo Development’s immediate plans are to utilize the facility to store equipment. The property, located at 2950 West Miller Road, includes just over ten acres, a 42,000 square foot warehouse with 2,900 square feet of office space, parking and direct access to rail. The site was purchased from Pro-build Real Estate Holdings, who was represented by Larry Leon of CB Richard Ellis.
