Golden Belle Bingo Signs 15,543 sf Lease at Gun Barrel City Plaza

DALLAS, TX - January 26, 2010 --  Henry S. Miller Brokerage retail specialists Thad Beckner and Peter Kosley recently completed the lease of 15,543 square feet for Golden Bell Bingo at Henry S. Miller’s Gun Barrel City Plaza shopping center. This year Golden Bell Bingo is set to take over the former Bealls location next to the Dollar Tree; opening date has not yet been determined. The lease, located at 1100 West Main Street, is the first Golden Bell Bingo location in Gun Barrel City, Texas.

Gun Barrel City Plaza is a 48,403 square foot shopping center located along Main Street near the Harbor Point Road intersection. The plaza is situated adjacent to Gun Barrel City’s Wal-Mart supercenter and includes a variety of tenants, such as: Dollar Tree, Factory Connection and Shoe Dept. Gun Barrel City is located 55 miles southeast of downtown Dallas, just minutes from Kaufman, west of Highway 175.
