McKinney’s Historic Downtown Square – The Pub

DALLAS, TX - January 19, 2010 --  Recently, Henry S. Miller Brokerage team Ben Chien and Joseph Duhon, associates in the Investments and Office/Industrial divisions negotiated a 5,000 square foot lease in Historic Downtown McKinney, Texas. The restaurant space located at 204 West Virginia was previously occupied by Goodhues; an upper-end casual dining establishment. The 5,000 square feet features an interior finish-out that will require some enhancement to provide the perfect setting for The Pub’s bar/restaurant services. Currently the space is undergoing a transition. The existing bar is being torn out to make way for a much bigger and impressive bar area that will provide patrons plenty of room to grab a quick drink or relax by the bar.  The Pub in McKinney will represent the newest location for the owners of Plano’s popular Fillmore Pub. Located in historic downtown Plano, the Fillmore Pub offers customers a great place to dine on fish and chips or just visit and enjoy one of their many selections of beer. The Pub’s menu and beverage selections will be similar to the Fillmore, including sixteen drought beers, a selection of over a hundred bottles ranging from American craft to Europe's finest ales, and an expansive scotch/whiskey menu. The Pub is tentatively scheduled for a grand opening in late February 2010.
