Burger House To Open Their 5th DFW Location In Rockwall
 

DALLAS, TX - January 11, 2010 --  Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Richard Wells, associate in the Dallas-Fort Worth investments division, recently negotiated a 10-year, 3,244 square foot lease for Burger House’s fifth metroplex location. The Burger House company currently has four other locations in the Dallas area and has been serving customers their signature hamburgers for over 50 years. The new location is set to open early this month at the Rockwall Crossing shopping center, located at 919 East Interstate 30 in Suite 107. Rockwall Crossing offers the Burger House significant freeway visibility and a prime location minutes from Rockwall High School. Burger House will share the shopping center with a TGI Fridays, Bed Bath & Beyond and Sleep Experts. The Burger House company plans to further expand in 2010; they are currently looking into other suitable Texas markets.  Richard Wells of Henry S.
