DALLAS, TX - October 12, 2009 --  Dan Spika, Executive Vice President of the Henry S. Miller Brokerage office/industrial division in Dallas, recently completed a 5,131 square foot office lease at Legacy Business Park in Plano, Texas. The R&D/Flex office complex was built by Lincoln Property Company in 2006; it is located at 6700 Pinecrest Drive. The 5,131 square foot lease was arranged for TNT Dental who will occupy the tech space to house their corporate headquarters. TNT Dental, a part of TNT Solutions, Inc., is an internet marketing company that serves dentists, specialists and consultants in the dental field.
