Miller Brokerage’s Doug Bates, Senior Vice President and Joel Hill, Senior Broker of the Houston Industrial division, recently negotiated the purchase of a 15,000 square foot design/build industrial building at Deerwood Glen Business Park in Deer Park, Texas. The building will be situated on 2.39 acres; it offers good visibility and access from Highway 225. Deerwood Glen Business Park, located along Highway 225, is considered one of the newest industrial business hubs in Southeast Houston. Deerwood Glen not only features a prime industrial location; it also offers newly constructed and to-be-built warehouse and office space for build-to-suit or design/build project uses. The property, owned by Clay Development & Construction, was sold to Abrasive Products & Equipment; the manufacturing company plans to build the facility to house a sales and services operation for their portable air blast and supplies equipment business.
