DALLAS, TX - September 14, 2009 --  Recently a team of Henry S. Miller Brokerage associates completed the sale of an 11,120 square foot industrial building in Grand Prairie, Texas. Pete Richardson, Senior Vice President and brother, Drew Richardson, associates of the office/industrial division represented the properties seller. The building, located at 401 East Trinity Boulevard, is a newly constructed tilt wall facility that sits on an acre within a recently developed industrial park. The buyer, a Tarrant County-based company, plans to utilize the new building for their corporate headquarters.
