DALLAS, TX - September 3, 2009 --  Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Dan Spika, Executive Vice President of the Dallas–Fort Worth Office/Industrial division, recently brokered the acquisition of a two building office-warehouse facility in Denton, Texas for client and buyer Jim/Heritage, L.P. The two industrial buildings were built in 1998; one building contains 10,000 square feet and the other 6,000 square feet. The facilities are located at 3412 Schuyler Road and are situated on 1.6 acres of land. The property, also known as The Estate of Martha Parker, is located immediately off I-35 just north of University Drive. The seller, Estate of Martha Parker, was represented by Don Frazier of Frazier Commercial.
