With the recent lease, Expert Mobility will increase their space approximately 1,000 square feet; more importantly they will enhance their functionality and reduce their monthly rent by about 25%. Alemeda Business Park offers Expert Mobility more efficiency and much more adequate warehouse space then their previous retail location; allowing them the opportunity to increase their size while lowering their overhead. “Seems difficult to do, but industrial properties tend to be cheaper than retail in overall rate and cheaper in operating expenses that are charged back to the tenant”, stated Hawpe of his assistance in helping Expert Mobility reduce overall costs.
