Planet Zero, a brand new anime center – specializing in a sort of video arcade setting for teens, signed a new lease for 3,000 square feet at 11920 Westheimer; next-door to Sports Authority. The Japan Karate School, just steps from the Planet Zero location, completed a lease for 1,200 square feet. Nixi Beauty Supply, located at 11962 Westheimer, renewed their lease for 2,891 square feet. Built in 1979, Kirkwood Shopping Center has recently undergone a full exterior renovation, enhancing the façade of the 86,107 square foot neighborhood center.
