XL Auto Parts, who is poised to open multiple locations in the DFW Metroplex, leased the building, at 2301 Superior Drive, to house their office and warehouse operations. The building is located near the intersection of Pioneer Parkway and South Bowen Street with easy access to Loop 820 and Highway 360.
