Miller Brokerage, LLC entity, has recently experienced significant growth in their Multi-Family Management group. Throughout last year, the Multi-family Management Division progressively gained strength within their apartment portfolio, increasing from approximately 7,100 units at the end of 2007 to approximately 10,000 units at the end of 2008. During the fourth quarter of 2008 the Multi-Family Division began integrating a nine-property, 2,800 unit apartment portfolio located in Houston, Texas. The privately owned, class A properties increased Henry S. Miller Realty Management’s apartment portfolio in Houston to 16 properties and almost 5,000 units. Since early 2009, the HSM Apartment division has added three additional properties through existing clients and has additional growth projected through current and new clients. The group’s vision is to grow the small to mid-size property management company through quality people and clients.
