The manufacturing plant, located at 2400 Centennial Drive has been the Flex-N-Gate operations facility in Texas since 2005. Flex-N-Gate, former subleasee, enlisted the Richardson Brothers as their tenant-representation to negotiate the terms of a new lease as sole tenant. Flex-N-Gate Texas provides products to Cadillac, Chevy and GMC; their primary operations in the local plant are sonic welding, testing and sequencing for front and rear fascias.
