Henry S. Miller Commercial Secures
Acquisition of 12 Acres in McKinney; Potential Multi-Family
Development
DALLAS, TX - October 24, 2008 --
Henry S. Miller Commercial’s Tom
Grunnah, Vice President and Anderson Ngo, Associate of Dallas’ Land
Division recently arranged the acquisition of 12 acres in McKinney
for client and investor King Private Equity Fund, Inc. Dallas-based
King Private Equity Fund purchased the parcel from owner Ruby Boom,
LTD. out of Sherman, Texas. The newly acquired investment property
is located just west of Hwy. 75 at the NEC of Community Avenue and
White Street surrounded by neighboring retail, single-family homes
and a Raytheon campus. King Private Equity Fund plans a partnership
to develop the land for a multifamily project, as they are currently
in discussions with several interested developers; or simply an
outright sale. Grunnah and Ngo represented both parties in the
transaction.
