Miller Commercial’s Jim Hazard, Vice President and Tarrant County Office Division leader, recently arranged the acquisition of 18,068 square feet for Grand Prairie-based manufacturer, Visionaire, Inc. Visionaire purchased the site from owner, Ollie Bell Properties, Ltd. to begin development on a new manufacturing and distribution facility that will be over 11,000 square feet larger then their current location. Visionaire, Inc. provides their clients with state-of-the-art air conditioning, heating and cab pressurization products for heavy-duty off-road equipment, cranes, Military and Mining Vehicles. The newly purchased site is located at 1502 109^th Street in Grand Prairie, Texas. Jim Hazard, VP, Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer, Visionaire, Inc.; while Brian Pafford of Bradford Co.s represented the seller, Ollie Bell Properties, Ltd.
