Hazard, Vice President and Tarrant County Office Division leader,
recently arranged the acquisition of 18,068 square feet for Grand
Prairie-based manufacturer, Visionaire, Inc. Visionaire purchased
the site from owner, Ollie Bell Properties, Ltd. to begin
development on a new manufacturing and distribution facility that
will be over 11,000 square feet larger then their current location.
Visionaire, Inc. provides their clients with state-of-the-art air
conditioning, heating and cab pressurization products for heavy-duty
off-road equipment, cranes, Military and Mining Vehicles. The newly
purchased site is located at 1502 109th Street in Grand
Prairie, Texas. Jim Hazard, VP, Henry S. Miller Commercial
represented the buyer, Visionaire, Inc.; while Brian Pafford of
Bradford Co.s represented the seller, Ollie Bell Properties, Ltd.
