The 12.232 acre commercial land tract is located just west of Highway I-45 on FM 1097 West in Willis, Texas. The site was purchased by BW 1097 Real Estate Investors, LLC, who have plans for future commercial development. The site offers much potential for future development as it is situated in such a prime location as Montgomery County. The county, including expanding cities like Conroe, The Woodlands and Willis, continues to grow from the recent surge in residential, retail and office/commercial developments. The team of Henry S.
