DALLAS, TX - July 23, 2008 -- Henry S. Miller Commercial recently arranged the lease of 35,000 square feet for local retail developer Margaux Development Company. Dallas-based MDC is currently developing the 100,000 square foot Plaza del Oro shopping center at the SWC of W. Jefferson Blvd. and S. Cockrell Hill Rd. in Cockrell Hill, Texas. The recently leased 35,000 square foot retail space will hold an El Rancho Meat Market, a Mexican Specialty Grocer out of Houston, Texas. Plaza del Oro shopping center plans to be completed by fall. Henry S. Miller Commercial’s Juan Carlos Pina represented the landlord, Margaux Development Company. Representing the tenant was Giovanni Palavicini of Venture Commercial.
