DALLAS, TX - July 15, 2008 -- Henry S. Miller Commercial’s Pete Richardson and Chris Armstrong recently arranged the lease of 5,667 square feet for Houston-based Waukesha-Pearce Industries. The space, located at 1010 Oakmead in Arlington, Texas will house a Waukesha-Pearce Industries power generator division. This new location will expand WPI’s current power generator division. WPI quality systems are found worldwide and their 13 Southwestern United States locations, employ over five hundred personnel. Chris Armstrong, Associate and Pete Richardson, Senior Vice President of Henry S. Miller Commercial’s Office/Industrial Division represented Waukesha-Pearce Industries in the transaction. Donnie Rohde of Lee & Associates represented the landlord, TFPI Oakmead East LLC.
