DALLAS, TX - July 11, 2008 -- Henry S. Miller Commercial recently arranged a 30,000 square foot transaction of raw land for future retail development. Seller, H.L. Jenkins sold the property to Dallas-based LBW Holdings. The site located at the northeast corner of Highway 77 North and Farm-to-Market 387 in Waxahachie, is a prime location for a corner retail center. LBW Holdings plans to develop the sight as such, for market appropriate retail tenants. Henry S. Miller Commercial’s Chuck McCormack represented the seller, H.L. Jenkins. Brett Hess of HiView Real Estate represented the buyer.
