The site is situated amongst residences near the intersection of Lipscomb Street and W. Petersmith Street in Fort Worth, Texas. TNA, LLC plans to develop the site for future construction of a 10,000 square foot medical office building. Representing the buyer, TNA, LLC, was Jim Turano, CCIM, Executive Vice President of Henry S. Miller Commercial’s Office/Industrial division.
