HOUSTON, TX - June 2 2008 -- Henry S. Miller Commercial recently secured a 6,000 square foot retail lease in the Commons at The Parkway shopping center. The space was leased by Benny’s Mexican Café & Bar to house its new restaurant location.  Benny’s Mexican Café & Bar will be located at 13320 Westheimer in Houston, Texas.   The Commons at The Parkway is situated amongst several major retail centers, currently under construction. Henry S. Miller Commercial’s Shawn Ackerman, Executive Vice President and Andrew Gerstenhaber represented the landlord in the transaction.
