DALLAS, TX - May 29 2008 -- Henry S. Miller Commercial recently settled the purchase of a 68,000 square foot office building in the southeast quadrant of LBJ Freeway and Stemmons Freeway. The building, located at 2828 Forest Lane in Dallas, Texas, was purchased by Jorest Property, LLC. “This property is perfectly situated in an area of transition with excellent exposure to the I-635 expansion,” said Huntley Luna, coordinating Broker on the transaction. Henry S. Miller Commercial’s Jerry Averyt, Senior Vice President and Huntley Luna, Broker secured the transaction for seller, Great North American Properties, Inc. The buyer, Jorest Property, LLC, was represented by Brian P. Min, Esq.
