DALLAS, TX - May 20, 2008 -- Henry S. Miller Commercial recently negotiated a new lease agreement of 5,602 square feet for Housing Services, Inc. Affordable housing specialists, Housing Services, Inc. will relocate their corporate office to the new site to accommodate their recent growth. The new office space is located at 10580 Newkirk Street in Dallas, Texas. Chris Armstrong of Henry S. Miller Commercial’s Office/Industrial Division represented the tenant, Housing Services, Inc. Alan Clark of JSC Realty represented the landlord.
