HOUSTON, TX - April 2, 2008 -- Henry S. Miller Commercial recently negotiated the purchase of 4.998 acres for local Houston investor. The land, at 0 Hufsmith Kohrville Road, was purchased by Robe, LLC of Tomball, Texas. The company plans to use the new site for future commercial development. Karen Laube of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller. Bill Ginder of Caldwell Companies represented the buyer, Robe, LLC.
