Sigma Valves Leases 22,187 sf

DALLAS, TX - February 6, 2008 -- Sigma Valves, a manufacturer of specialty valves since 1968, recently leased 22,187 square feet of industrial space at Lakeside Commerce Center.  Sigma Valves plans to use the new facility for assembly and valve testing.  Lakeside Commerce Center is located at 1420 Lakeside Parkway in Flower Mound.  Mark Hull of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant and Jeff Jackson of Granite represented the landlord.
