BP Capital Expands Office Space to Over 18,700 sf

DALLAS, TX - January 31, 2008 -- T. Boone Pickens' company, BP Capital, recently expanded their office at Preston Commons West to over 18,700 square feet.  Jerry Averyt of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant and Trey Smith of Capstar Commercial represented the landlord.
