DALLAS, TX - January 13, 2008 -- Thornhill Industrial Equipment Services has leased 22,520 square feet from Colt Joint Venture.  The space is located at 699 E. Highway 121, Lewisville, Texas.  Dan Spika  of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented both parties.
