Beall Legacy Partners, LP Purchases 23.12 acres

DALLAS, TX - December 17, 2007 -- Beall Legacy Partners, LP has purchased 23.12 acres of land located at County Road 364, midway between SH 75 and HIghway 5 in Melissa, Texas.  The seller was Melissa 23, Ltd.  The buyer plans to hold this for investment purposes.  Grant Glasco, Grand Brodeur and Tom Grunnah of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer and seller.
