Zeig Electric Purchases 27,000 sf

DALLAS, TX - November 1, 2007 -- Zeig Electric, headquartered in Fort Worth, has purchased a 27,000 square foot building from Anton Family Realty, Ltd.  Future plans for the buyer is to redevelop it into a multi-tenant building.  The building is located at 8224 White Settlement Road in White Settlement, Texas.  Jayson Williams of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer and Ted St. Clair with Richard Minker Co. represented the seller.
