Cooper Flooring Leases 10,000 sf

HOUSTON, TX - August 3, 2007 -- Cooper Flooring of Carrollton, Texas has leased 10,000 square feet for their Houston floor covering installation operation located at Taylor Road Business Park, Highway 290 at Taylor. The property was leased from Roberts Development.  Doug Bates of Henry S. Miller Commercial in Houston and Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial in Dallas represented the tenant.  Robert McGee of The National Realty Group represented the landlord.
