Gebhardt Broadcasting, LLC Purchases 10,000 sf

DALLAS, TX - July 27, 2007 -- Gebhardt Broadcasting, LLC has purchased 10,000 square feet of space located at 2805 Canton Road in Dallas.  The intersection is Canton and Crowdus.  The seller was Dallas Producers Services, Inc.  Jerry Averyt and Huntley Luna of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.  Bill Pyle of Belclaire Companies represented the buyer.
