DALLAS, TX - May 8, 2007 -- Howell Investments purchased 117,000 square feet from Cherokee Investment Partners.  The property is located at 8945 I-35.  Greg Trout, John Brewer and Ann Cloud of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller and Joe Kline of Kline and Company represented the buyer.
