Lily Chang Purchases 192,000 sf Industrial Building

DALLAS, TX - April 30, 2007 -- Lily Chang purchased a 192,000 square foot industrial building on 12 acres of land.  The seller was Simkins Industries, Inc.  The space is located in Arlington.  Greg Trout and Pete Richardson of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.  Michael Stanzel represented the seller.
