Golden Corner, Ltd. Purchases 55.8 acres

DALLAS, TX - April 24, 2007 -- Golden Corner, Ltd. has purchased 55.8 acres of land located at the northwest corner of Farmington Road and Highway 75 in Howe, Grayson County.  This is an investment purchase that will eventually be turned into a mixed use development.  The seller was Alvrone Sater Trust.  Tom Grunnah of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller and Yinjie Feng represented the buyer.
