DALLAS, TX - April 10, 2007 -- Morgan Development and Supply leased 15,054 square feet of space from Gardiner Properties.  The space is located at 3002 Avenue E in East Arlington.  This is an office/warehouse space for a distributor of builders hardware.  Chris Delzel and Jim Hazard of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.  Brian Pafford of Bradford Realty represented the tenant.
