MDT Investments Purchases 174 acres

DALLAS, TX - April 10, 2007 -- MDT Investments purchases 174 acres located at the northeast corner of Krahl Road and I-35.  The seller was Roy and Rhonda Rauschuber.  MDT purchased this as an investment property.  Grant Broduer of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.  Robert Grunnah of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.
