Henry S. Miller Acquires Commodore Plaza Shopping Center

HOUSTON, TX - March 20, 2007 -- HSM Commodore Plaza, Ltd., a partnership assembled by Miller Realty Investment Partners, Inc., has acquired Commodore Plaza, a 50,815 square foot shopping center in Gulfport, Mississippi.  This center, located near the intersection of Interstate 10 and US Highway 49, was acquired from Commodore Plaza, Ltd. through a partnership assembled by Greg Miller, President of Miller Realty Investment Partners.  Rod Evans of Access Capital represented the seller and Bruce Jester of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.
